Each and every project is allocated to one of our project directors who will oversee the project from initial contact to handover. The project director will act as your sole point of contact at Gillfield.

We attempt to use as much local labour as we possibly can on every job we do. This translates into better pricing for clients and have these trades work alongside our own labour to provide the highest quality interiors possible at the best prices achievable.
All our works are over seen by one of the dedicated projects directors who will only accept perfection.
gillfield projects are able to act as main contractor, sub contractor or project manager. We work in all types of buildings and can undertake almost every task possible and if we cannot do it ourselves we will know someone who can.

| Estimates | written estimates for all works can be provided usually within a 72hr period (dependant on the size of the project). If the project / job is small (such as replacing carpets or decorating a reception) we would usually look to be able to provide a emailed quote with a few hours (as long as we don’t have to visit the site and the client is able to provide sqm and photos) |

| Landlord Support | able to arrange for works to be carried out on behalf of any client up to a certain value which would be agreed with the client beforehand. Ie we can provide set rates for providing AC commissioning reports for landlords entering new premises along with NICEIC inspections and asbestos reports using out nationwide contacts. |
| Planning / Building Control Applications | completing of the necessary application forms on behalf of clients. |
| Building Warrant Applications (Scotland) | advise on how building warrants work and making applications. |
| Negotiations | negotiate with suppliers / contractors to obtain the best prices and terms |
